Grimmspeed EBCS
This solenoid valve is very new to the evo community but I would like to share my experiences with this unit. But let me start buy saying this is a great unit. The mounting bracket is very simple to install and took me about 15 minutes to take out the Blitz EBC Solenoid out and put in the Grimmspeed. Once installed now we are off to tuning. This for me has taken me 2 weeks and that is only cause I don't have the time to tune the car for an hour so I have made adjustments in the morning on the way to work and in the afternoon before going home. The best part about this solenoid valve is I hit my peak boost 28psi almost 1k rpm sooner. I'm also holding 28psi straight to redline. I haven't added back the BEC as of yet I want to make one more adjustment tonight log it tomorrow and the boost curve should be perfect.
I want to thank MAP for the group buy that had sometime back and Grimmspeed for sharing this product with the evo community.

The funny thing is I'm no tuner either I'm going to have my tuner strap the car to the dyno and see if he can improve on it anymore. If I can somehow hit 28psi before 4kI'll be happy. But this thing is the truth. Myself, my tuner, and The Shop CT owner is so happy with this we are going to suggest that customers buy this vs. MBC.

Much better if you get a good tuner he or she can tune your peak boost to come in sooner and hold longer to redline. My buddy installed it in his basically stock over 9 and made good power plus I think he only lost 1-2 psi at redline.
