From order to install Tim @ Depo racing provided a great experience and a great initial product. Received the down pipe within a few days of order, which surprised me coming from across the country. Product arrived undamaged and complete which seems to happen less and less with heavy car parts for me. Here's were the customer services really comes into play though. I had a few questions for installation of this particular down pipe as i figured i'd ask them before i was in the middle of the install. Tim got back to me within an hour of each email ( some questions evolved from others) and provided more than one word answers. The Down pipe fit like a glove and for the price it was hard to beat (considering it was stick with stock as an alternative). Thanks again Tim!
