I've been toying with idea of having a machinist custom make me a straight cut 3rd and 4th gear and then having liberty face plate them.
I've talked with some of the companies that have had them made in the past but nobody has a lead time on them or if they are going to have any more made.
The machinist will make me a set but of course he would like to make a batch of them. I just wanted to see if anyone would be interested also.
I dont daily my evo but weekend warrior it and roll race only. So I would keep my trans synchro 1,2,5andR and have a faceplated 3rd and 4th to insure no shift lockouts.
I'm talking with the machinist soon to find out pricing.
