Ordered a shift knob from them over two weeks ago. A week after ordering, I received no update so I sent an email just to follow up. Three days later, I got no response so I sent another. It's been a week since the last email and I've yet to receive any information. Starting to heavily regret using my debit card instead of Paypal as issuing a charge back is gonna be a pain. Apologies if this post seems a bit unnecessary, I'm hoping to get their attention on here as email clearly isn't working. Customer service is lacking big time.
