Forced Performance service review = A+
I got my FP RED today from UPS. {thumbup}
Just wanted to say a few words on their service.. Opened up the box and inspected the turbo, first thing i noticed was that the nipple on the HP WG actuator was broken off during shipping. No fault of FP, stupid UPS.. Although the box was undamaged at first glance, I noticed a crush spot on the bottom corner. I called Robert immediately and he gave me his apologies, and he got my invoice# and is sending me a new HP actuator ASAP. Should be here by Monday Feb. 23rd. He was extremely nice and we had a good conversation about my particular setup. I can't say enough about how he helped me and will support FP, in any way I can. Stand up guys, and top notch customer service.. Thx Robert, Aniel and all the staff at FP. |
