STM TUNED you got to be kidding me
I have received four shipments from you over at my address. all four of these used hundreds and hundreds of USPS free shipping supply envelopes for your padding. I cant even imagine how many of these envelopes you use in all your shipments.. I dont know where to even be polite about this. How on earth do you think this is an ethical or intelligent business practice??
companies like you are responsible for the raising rates I pay and worse the possible collapse of the postal service all together. I am doing you the courtesy of contacting you first here. my next stop is calling the postal service to tell them to be aware of your current business practice. {thumbdwn} |
Maybe the money they are saving on 'padding' gets passed on to you, the customer. Styrofoam peanuts are expensive yo
|
maybe they paid for them?
|
Petty.
|
Trolling again??
|
I buy tons from stm... they're pretty good about packing as far as I'm concerned . I'm interested to see how much the postal service give a ****.. gl
|
Postal service give 0 ****s. Did you receive something damaged or incorrect? If so call the company they'll make it right, always have. I have never had any issue whatsoever with anything received from STM and that has been thousands in new parts over the years. Plus don't they ship anything and everything for 8 bucks?
Works for me!! Trollololol. #STM4life mofo Maybe OP should "overnight parts from Japan" |
The better question is, how many USPS free shipping envelopes would it take to reach to the ends of the flat earth?

I received quite a few packages from STM that have been packed with USPS envelopes and/or flat-rate boxes. I fail to see how this practice raises how the amount anyone pays for anything. I prefer the boxes because I can recycle them. Foam peanuts seems to be irresponsible, in comparison. |
Those are free from the USPS..and you can order as many as you want too!
I accidentally got 250 flat rate boxes once. zeRep |

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: :lol::lol: OP: Dementia must be kicking in hard. Who receives a package with undamaged products, not once, not twice, but four times - and then complains about it? Your ungrateful ass should be thanking them instead of looking for reasons to complain. All my dealings with STM have been great, always felt they took the time to help me out. Top notch shipping too when I was in a pinch for a last second gasket, even to a different country. |
Knowing those boxes are free is a game changer.

Envelopes are free...meh.
I too have always had great dealings with STM. I've had a few tech questions as far as which part to buy for a certain application, and Brian will walk in the back, ask Emery or one of their other tech's, come back on the phone, and sell me the right part. And shipping is always fast and cheap, unless you need something overnighted for Saturday delivery; it's still fast, but fedex is a bit rapey...lmao. |

STM is my dedicated go to for OEM parts. I just wish they had more listings/options for hard to get OEM parts.
