Plus. The only difference between the plus and pro is the pro utilizes helper springs.

do the fronts still have the adjust knob on the bottom? How many miles?

Yah the knobs are on the bottom. Not sure of mileage, they came on a car I bought. I sent them to stance for inspection and they said the 3 shocks were fine and they replaced the 4th one for me so one is brand new.
