question on Xedeflash

When we have the Xedeflash, what does shiv up the rev limit up to? I have hit it a few times, and dont ever think to look and see what it is hitting at. Is it safe to hit the rev limit on the stock springs and retainers?

It is set at 7750. However, the stock tack isn't the most accurate device, so it will often look like 8k.

Hitting the rev limiter is never great for the car, but I do it quite a bit without an issue. Just take care of your car, change your oil and you should be alright.
