Chicago Dyno-day
I'm interested if I can have a Stage Zero Signature with XEDE-Flash installed at the time with 93 Octane map. I live in Cincinnati and this would be worth the drive to have it Shiv-tuned. Please confirm cost and availability of materials, labor, and time.
I'll watch for PMs as well.

Shiv,
Could you please let me know about availability of upgrade materials, whether they need to be preordered, where delivered, cost, etc. I'd hate to show up and not drive away fully Vishnu-d.
Namaste,
Doug

Lets make this happen! I'd like to get a stage one done...but might only have money for a XFlash. Eh, what's another $1700 on the 'ol credit card
Where's a place that would host this event? I'd also need a turbo-back (non-signature) and cam gears installed...

For all you guys that are looking to have stuff installed ... I ran into the same problem last month!!
I dunno why there aren't any shops in the Chicagoland area stepping up to the plate... I mean there have GOT to be some, somewhere, right? I know that there's AMS, of course, so you guys might want to give them a call ... I'm not sure how they'd feel about installing Vishnu stuff, though, since they sell their own line of products.
Due to the lack of IL installers, I'm actually driving the ole Evo to CO to have my stage 1 signature installed next month for Shiv's dyno day there in June. However, I'd still attend a Chicago dyno day in July, just to double check the car....

Ludikraut,
You might just want to check out your local dealership for installation...that's probably what I'll end up doing. They did my boost gauge, no warranty-voiding issues either...they're probably sick of loosing business to tuner shops on that kind of work (my theory at least). Plus, at least a dealership obviously knows the car.
My old VW dealer did my turbo-back install on my Golf too and were quite mod-friendly. I suppose in the end it matters most on the dealership itself. In my experience though, dealer techs are pretty knowledgeable...and it's good to establish a good relationship with your dealer anyway (especially if you take your car there for service, etc.).
These are just some ideas in case driving all the way to CO looks less and less appealing
Just do whatever you have to so your car's ready for a possible Vishnu dyno day!!!
Come on out to Chicago again Shiv...you're gonna want to move to the Midwest soon, I know it

If we really want to make this happen we will need four things:
1) Shop with an AWD dyno that Shiv can work with
2) A date on Shiv's calendar
3) List of people who will show and what they will buy (or possibly pre-buy)
4) A good figure for the "out of pocket" for those attending
First off, though, I think we need a clear list of what the requirements from Vishnu are on their end. I'll gladly help put this together, but I need to know our goals are.

Just so the Vishnu guys can plan around my schedule...July 24th & 25th work well for me
I'll be purchasing a XFlash and possibly a turbo-back non-sig exhaust...can these be shipped in a timely fashion?
Shiv's gotta come out...I don't think he'd tear up the midwest at the C&D tuner shootout and not give something back
