What's up with Ohlins coilovers?

I ordered the Vishnu/Ohlins suspension system about 2 months ago. My credit card was charged at that time. I don't have the coilovers yet. I have received the other minor parts (bushings, etc) and have installed them on the car.

When can I expect to receive the coilovers? I've had the suspension of my car apart for several weeks now because I was told that I would get the coilovers by the end of August. It is now getting close to the end of September.

I'm sure others would like to know as well.

Thanks

that sucks

if they dont have the product at the time they should wait to run the card. either that or just charge 1/2 the price as a deposit for the parts

give them a call

The best thing to do check on an order is to give us a call. We aren't always around to answer your posts on sundays. In any event, we received the order from ohlins this past week. (Ohlins forgot to ship all of the road and track kits in the shipment from Japan, which is what caused the delay.) They are currently being revalved by us, and will leave this Monday or Tuesday.

We apologize for the delay, but unfortunately it was out of our hands.

If you would like a tracking number, please send an email to Dustin@vishnutuning.com , and I will get one to you as soon as we have it.

Dustin - I called and left you a message a couple of weeks ago. You never returned the call. Prior to that, you took a week to return a message I had left for you by phone.

I am bringing this up as an EvoM thread because you have not been responsive to conventional methods of contact. Obviously, this caught your attention where phone messages don't.

Thank you for the update and, yes, please send me the tracking number.

I must have not received second phone message. I ALWAYS return phone calls. You must understand that I am only in the office a few days out of the week, and sometimes during testing, I go a week without being in the office. It's unfortunate, but since I am still in school, it can be all schedule allows. Will you please send me an email, so I will have one to reply to with the tracking number.

If you have any more questions please PM me, or give me a call. (I am normally in the office at least mon. and wed.)

Sounds like the customer who has spent the money 2 months ago and tried to handle this was given nothing but reasons involving why he is to busy to service the customer. Last time I checked the customer came first when it comes to my buisness. If I can't get to the phone then I make sure that one of my employees get me paying customer, who by the way can go anywhere to purchase items on the internet up to speed! I'm not bashing but excuses about how your to busy to service him means you should probably not be handling this position until you are done with school!

Jspec, your right, the customer does come first, and always will. Other wise I wouldn't be answering emails, and message boards on a sunday. (on my birthday none the less {noface} )

To TSI90awd: As I mentioned in the past 3 posts, if you have any questions please PM, Email, or call me, and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you have.

Dustin,
It is your b-day today? Mine is tomorrow the 25th...

Dustin@Vishnu Sep 24, 2006 10:59 PM

My actual birthday is on the 26th, but since I come from the Brady bunch family, (8 kids total) we have always celebrated it on the Sunday before. The whole Fam went karting today, which was perfect. I finally got to lay the athletic smack on my brothers. (Oldest is a swat captain, middle is a pro bull rider, youngest went to college on a football scholarship) Needless to say, I am the runt who finally got his.

Oh and setting the fastest time of the week wasn't bad either. {thumbup}

Happy Bday smogster. What are you? 70?

My b-day was yesterday! Based on the above shipment comment, does this mean my set is in Joe's hands here in CO now?
