I can't get a hold of anybody at vishnu
 

I have been waiting for about 1 1/2 month or more for my xede(which is fine). I have called and sent multiple e-mails on the status and what not but I can't get any response. I don't really care how long it takes I would just like to be notified on the whereabouts of my $900 part is. I may even want to switch to ordering the sig exhaust first if its going to be much longer, but I can't even get a hold of anybody to do that.

I am not mad I am just tired of having a 13.5 evo, do you guys have any idea of where they are at on xede shipments or a good way to contact them and get a response!!

i've always had good luck calling about 1:00 PST. that way everyones been fed and happy :)

same here tried to get through to them a couple of times, no luck, went with dynoflash at pruven. which is probably better off.

Nobody have advice, or even know status of the xede's.

seem like the only people getting them are the ones that can go to the dyno days. I would do it but I am in MO

call about 3 times a day 3 hours apart. That worked for me. Hell Brett even called me and asked if I still wanted the stage 1. {thumbup}

I've been in socal the last couple of days working on a tuning project. Heading back tomorrow morning. XEDEs have shipped from our manufacturers in Australia. Will have 25 XEDEs on friday in time for NJ tuning trip this weekend. Only using a few of them for the trip and the rest are being shipped to folks on the waiting list. Another shipment of 25 is coming one week later and will follow suit. I'm sure Brett, Kevin and Ken are busy manning the phones. But if all the lines are busy it will roll over to voicemail. If you leave a message, you will get a return call.

Waiting list?? There's a waiting list for an XEDE? How long?

I would guess pretty long. I know there are more people that are before me. Do they use the same xede unit on wrx's, sti's and miata's if so it could be real long.

But if they got 50 coming in the next 2 weeks that should take a chunk out of the list.

wow, shiv, how often do you come down to SoCal? Instead of driving all the way up there, which i would not have time to do until couple months down the road, could i get my car tuned during one of your visits down here? I'm interested in the XEDE stage 1 plus camshafts...but i already have the exhuast and dp.

Okay Shiv, would it be possible for you to disclose just how long the waiting list is at this point? That way we'd all know if we're gonna get covered in these next shipments. I always hear shipments are going out at the end of the week, but never mine apparently. I've run home everyday since late August like a kid waiting for Christmas to see if I've got a package from Cali, and I never do. I'm not ranting by the way, just really curious to know how long the waiting list is right now.
