wich ones are better from hks??? 272?? 264??? im ordering this week i need some info on them..ride quality? performance??? power??? thanks guys!

go figure..... they have plenty of 272, but the 264 are on crazy back order???? daily driven, I think 264 is sufficcient. {thumbup}

i went with 264 for both, i figured get lots of power and good ride for a daily driver, ordered thwem today be in on monday! all hks, you think i should change to 272 exhaust or doesnt realy matter?

You should get 264/272's, that's what on Stage 1+.

anyone got a sound clip comparing the idles w/ different cams?

are there any side effects to the "lumpy" idle w/ a 272 exhaust cam other than the sound?

Thats pretty much hype and doesnt bother me at all besides with 15 minutes of xede play its practically a non issue. I cant imagine anyone giving a damn as the trees blur ito a constant green when those things light up {devil}

While I haven't done any controlled tested comparing different combinations on the same car, I do think the 264in/272ex cam set up is very nice. It's the one i'd recommend for those who don't mind slightly lumpier (but still, IMHO, perfectly reasonable) idle quality.

I have a 272/272 with -4/-1.5 and the idle is good slight lump and with AC on is like stock .

272/272 {thumbup} . slightly lumpy but sounds mean!!! GREAT mid to high end power!!!

I just got the GSC cams installed 272in/264ex with stock cam gears, and the idle is lumpy for sure especially when I press the clutch and brake at the same time.
But the car is haven't been tuned for the cams so I know it will idle better.
