isn't the boost too high?
 

i plan on purchasing an Xede unit soon, but i had a general question for you guys that are using 91-octane. Isn't pushing 22-23 psi boost a bit too high?

It seems like no other tuners are even risking going that high on 91

where are you getting 22-23 PSI? my tuneup is for 21 pretty solid through the revband.
heck the beauty of the XEDE is you can TUNE it yourself to have a lower boost :)

I have an Xede too and I did notice too that it would hit 23lbs of boost at 3500rpm. Now I don't know if it hit 23lbs because of the cold weather in Chicago or not, but the beauty of the Xede is that I just lowered it myself. I think that even though it spiked to 23 it dropped to about 21 by about 5K
