I've been using this system for a while, don't have a manual though.

What do you need to know?

I guess the wiring is straight forward...

Already searched the dipswitch settings ( I have a M10 nozzle), but I was wondering what the theory is behind the min/max dials, what would be the ideal settings based on engine load, boost pressure etc. and how it affects spray.

Im also wondering what fail safes are built into the unit, if any.

Would it be advantageous to run a check valve/solenoid just before the nozzle?

These are the main issues I need to know before bolting the system up.

Thx in advance for your insights!

Yeah, the wiring is pretty straight forward. I don't like how they have the Power wire soldered to a fuse though, I rewired it to use a relay for the power supply directly from the battery.

The "min" dial is when the system starts spraying & the "max" dial is when it is at full flow.

There are absolutely NO failsafes built in & I would strongly suggest you add one. I've been using a DDS3(with an inline solenoid) integrated with Tephras Alt maps & it works wonderfully.

You already have a check valve at the nozzle but, I would most definately add a solenoid in, the DDS3 will allow you to do this easily.

#M10 dipswitch....DOWN-UP

Okay thats great info.

Unfortunately I have no idea if my ecu will support tephra patches as the car is a JDM Airtrek (slush box to boot!!)
I will have to find a way to build in a failsafe (already contacted Tephra for help).
I suppose the general consensus is that the Labonte solenoid is good?
I want to do everything good once, but since I have to airfreight everything over to my country, cost also comes into play.......

LMK on which solenoid is best for the cost.

Thx!

Never used the Labonte stuff, I'm sure it works just fine.
