Race Gas + Nitrous vs. E98 vs. Meth

Race Gas + Nitrous vs. E98 vs. Meth
Hi guys,
I am wondering would there be vast differences interms of mainly the below:
1. Performance
2. Boost spool (how it will impact the boost comes in and peak boost)
3. Others
I am confused as to which fueling i would need to opt for. I'm running this for a drag setup. As for the nitrous, i'll be running direct port, probably with 100 shots. As for Eth and Meth, wat i meant is running 100% of them not those injected setup (eg: snow).
