pump mounted in the driver's side rear trunk well. pump head down and well below the tanks. there is also a grommet down there for running the hose under the car.

HSV and flow sensor mounted on aluminum brackets on the firewall.

gauge in a-pillar

nozzle location in uicp.. could have put it lower right after the IC, but i wanted to be able to change nozzles without getting under the car.

http://ryan.midnight.net/car/evo/inj...SC01596-01.jpg

modules all wired up.

wiring for DDS3

wiring for AEM

i have set the AEM NOS trigger and HI/LO boost trigger to 'Switch #4 GND=ON'... this tells the AEM to use those maps as long as the DDS3 doesn't report any failures.

the flow is triggered by MAP pressure at around 11psi.

Nice looking install, I was also thinking of installing the pump in that location. My only concern was what would happen if some one hit me in that corner (smashing metal and 125psi methanol). Have you given that any thought, just wanna make sure you consider safety risks.

Ryan, I have sent fittings and other small odds and ends out to different people over the past couple of weeks. Are you waiting on one from me?

If not get me an email with your shipping info and exactly what you need to:

With your nozzle mounted before you BOV you will be recirculation air/water mix back into your turbo and IC. That’s not really a problem but there is some evidence that spraying water or meth into your turbo may lead to premature wear of the turbo. It might not matter as your water should be completely atomized by that point but it is something worth considering.

Ryan I sent the needed extra parts today via USPS priority mail. When you get things fitted up please repost revised images. Threads like these are very helpful to other installers.

Theres a HFS-1 group buy going on right now with some users selecting dual tanks....images help the next person doing an Aquamist install....thanks.

got my extra fittings today.. will get them installed and get a write up on my interfacing with the AEM EMS.

thanks again!

PS. I suggest an extra meter of 6mm hose and the 4mm to 4mm quick disconnect for changing nozzles.

I used every inch of 6mm and have cut my 4mm 4 different times to change nozzles.. heh
