Well running both pumps was a no go for me, and I am not pulling the DP back out of the car, so I went the hobbs switch route. Got everything I needed for install at NAPA for $35 (Military Discount FTW) and had it installed in about an hour. Went to Stage 6 as I needed an extra hand to adjust the switch point of the hobbs switch... set it to 9 psi. Now just have to find the time to retune the fuel map a bit at it runs rich now!

Retuned the fuel map while I was at AWD last weekend, car runs great, another 1000 miles on the motor and I will put some E85 back in for some real fun...

What kind of updates would you like... I have had the DP set up in for almost a year and I have had no problems with fuel delivery...

I did turn the hobbs switch up to trigger at 15psi instead of 9psi...

Looks good! How did you get around the venturi valve for feeding from one side of the tank to the other without its surround?

The surround has nothing to do with the venturi effect, as the return flow goes through the restrictor inside the "y" it creates a siphon to pull fuel from the bladder tank into the main tank...

How does it perform in low fuel situations?

Nice work guys, thanks for sharing!! I am also in the middle of a custom DP set up, very similar in the design. I take it both pumps running at the same time couldn't be regulated low enough?

Not without a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator.

What size drill bit did you drill the syphon out with, and why do you have to do this? Can you get away by not drilling it out when running a stock fpr?

Yes you can run a stock siphon if you use the hobbs switch config...

What if you have an aftermarket regulator, will the return line be a restriction? All of those parts worked out well for you it looks like, awesome job. Id like to put one of these together and get rid of my dw ASAP.
