I know you probably get asked this a bunch, so I figured I'd post this on the forums for all to share. First, your prices are great, especially considering free shipping to Northern California. This is really a generous offer for forum members.

So, how does the shipping work? Specifically:

- How is the financial transaction completed when I'm not physically in the dealership?
- What company does the delivery?
- How is the car trucked? Covered transport? Open transport?
- How long after completing the transaction will it be before the car is delivered typically?
- Where is the car delivered to? Another local dealer? My home? Or?
- Is the car prepped before delivery?
- Does the trucking company put any miles on the car? That is, if I buy a car with 8 miles on the odometer when it leaves your lot, is it guaranteed that I'd have 8 miles when I take delivery of it?
- When do I take delivery? That is, when do I own the car -- when it leaves your lot, or when it arrives at my destination? This likely determines who takes responsibility for damage or loss during transport.
