I guess my times would be embarassing to post, but I had a awesome time for getting my first time. Sorry I couldnt hang around longer, my daughter was getting cranky.

 

Sorry I didn't make it out last night fellas.

When I was out with Alex and Justin on Thursday, the eclipse threw it's accessory belt. I thought I heard some weird ****, but the car still seemed to run normally. I didn't want to race last night with it that way, not knowing if the belt that was thrown hacked away at my serpentine belt on its way out. I was checking the oil to head to the track and noticed only two small bits of belt (one caught on a bolt, the other right on top of my turbo manifold) that looked like simple twine or tiny cable material. I got a flashlight out and that's when I noticed it. I would've never noticed if those two small pieces weren't there. Of course the crank pulley is still in tact, so I'm hoping it was just an old belt.

BTW, congrats to you b!tches pulling some nice times last night! Damn it! I think I could have had my 11-second run last night!

My best time was 14.15@97.25

I had tough time launching, the first two runs I could smell my clutch really bad. So on my third run, racing a srt-4, I overran the stage and as I reversed to set-up the dude hit the lights to go, so as I was putting into and first and rev my engine the light was green and off went the neon. I was so pissed, I ran a 15.16@97.32. I wanted to go again but my kitchen pass ran out. Manny thanks for the tips, I will try harder next time.

Well... I ended up making 2 runs last night... 1st run- dragser in the lane next to me came up on 2 wheels, over into my lane and almost killed me. 2nd run - spun though 1st, missed 2nd and bent a fork or screwed my pressure plate or t/o bearing... car's in the shop now... no good times to speak of...

Didn't see any of you guys down there but I did see like 6 SRT-4's out there

 

There were quite few Evos there. Four of us stayed till closing.

u need to correct this list. johns best time is a 13 flat. it dont matter if that was on his old set-up or not. it still counts.
