Yea a gasket wont fix it. The buschur downpipe is not flanged to fit a gasket it creates a tight seal using metal on metal, no donut gasket needed. Its your 02 housing that has too wide of a diameter. If the downpipe you have now fit on the stock 02 housing it should fit the aftermarket seeing as it should be an exact replica.

Exactly it should its not your downpipe its your 02 housing. A donut gasket will not fix it. It might possibly seal the leak but i dont think it will worth a try though.

Man, buschur exhaust parts are different in all kinds of ways compared to other brands. You learn something new every day.

Yea it seems that the buschur parts are superior to the cheeseball brand of parts that young, stupid Alex bought. But then again, I could have told him that.

I have the ACT street disc and the stock flywheel. Best bang for the buck imo.
