will I have a problem with a modified evo driving in california/sac area?

catless, aftermarket muffler among other things.

 

you can never tell with a CA cop..however you have a big "get out of jail free card" on you back bumper Washington plates..I got away with car murder when I stayed in cali the other year for 4 months

 

I bought my evo down in sacramento. Had no problems cruising around there.

Sac isnt too bad only way the cops really bother you are if your driving hard or reving the sh*t out of while driving but otherwise I have heard Rice burners sounding like they are running straight pipes and cops dont really bother them... lol and what are you doing in Sac there isnt anything to do out here

 

Just wear your seatbelt and don't speed. You'll be fine.

Better yet drive the Element.
