Reno Area anybody?
Thats the thing, I'm not in it to make money, The wheels didnt cost me anything extra. I know Volks > Axis 10 fold, but like I said, its a daily driver, even being careful a daily driver will get the occasional rock chip or pothole curb. Just something I dont want to do to nice wheels like that. I am not looking to make any money off of it as long as the wheels stay in the Reno area. Help out a fellow car enthusiast in the area. The ones I am looking at getting look pretty good. I think they will look alot better than the Volks on it.
Call me stupid, flame me, I could care less....I know someone will. I know I'm getting the worse end of the deal as far as quality and price goes, but its all good....I'm just all around nice.

Tripper You should have Simon Tune your car. He is the best on the West. Hands down proven to be the best. NO one here has tuned an evo with basic bolts that has run 11.8@115mph down in Sac and in Fallon 12.0@110mph. And I still have room to get scary with my tune.
On another note Evoski have a safe trip back home.

I think the X would be a good choice if it were to be my only car. However, I'm at the point where I'd like to get a weekend/track type car that I could still daily drive if I wanted to. Something a bit unpractical, obnoxiously loud, and scary fast... still searching though. In the meantime, the TSi is getting ready at a very slow yet steady pace.

Tripperfx3 he is the one thats has tuned some of the fastest Evo's in town. That includes mine the fastest so far in town. I will have you meet him if you want. I would put my money on Simons tune over anyone else's out there. Hes been tuning for years now and can tune any system out there.
I'm not saying Simon can't tune because obviously he is a competent tuner. However, to claim he tunes some of the fastest evos on the west coast is not fact but rather your own personal opinion, which I respect. And to say he's proven himself to be the best is also not true since only a minority of tuned evos in the west have his tune. Furthermore, to say he's the only guy in the nor-nev/nor-cal that has tuned bolt-on evo's to run 11.8's @ 115 at Sac. is also not true. I'm just trying to keep everything factual to prevent the spread of misinformation to guys who don't know the evo scene as well as the rest of us.

I agree with you on the most part but I was being facetious. For example pump gas I ran 12.6 at SAc and Fallon. Then Simon tuned my car on race gas and I ran almost a full second fastest. I would say he is a very accomplished tuner.
