Around 320whp/300wtq IIRC. Stock IX turbo/injectors, running max 25psi on 110 leaded. Car weighs about 2,700 pounds.

edit: here's biggie's post.

Yeah, I saw that before I left and figured you would win for sure considering the time difference from 1st-2nd. who ended up winning? the white evo?

60k mile service recommendation

Yo guys, what are your recommendations for places in Salt Lake City/Sandy area to take my IX MR to get the 60k mile service? I don't really want to go the dealership route cuz they quoted me $1600 which, through a little research, is a few hundred more than I should be paying.

Yeah I was probably going to end up taking it to Solid if I couldn't find somewhere else first. I had them do my HP+ brake pads and slotted front rotors not too long ago. $850 and about 6 hours later I had my brake pads on but they couldn't get them to stop screeching. It wasn't a subtle screech either, I mean those things were SCREAMING every time I pressed the brake for the next 7 months or so. It was really embarrassing. Not to mention if I was coasting they would chirp whenever the wheel made a full rotation....it was unacceptable. Anyway, I digress, I'm willing to give Solid another shot since everyone still recommends them to me I suppose.

Ouch, the dealerships will rape you on the 60k. You can get all the parts from mitsubishiparts.net for less than $430 & really it's only a couple hours labor...it really isn't difficult, kind of blows me away how much they charge.

don't they change the timing belt on the 60k? I know they charge 500-700 alone for that. I got screwed over by a local shop charging me about 1k-1.2k having them do that along with other work.
