I have my buddy vlad do all my tuning, he does 90% of the sti, wrx, miata, and evo's you see on the road in sac. I use my evo for a daily driver and has high miles. Im building it for show not to race so hitting high #'s is not my goal. We hit 323hp without touching timing, which is another easy 20+hp. With just basic bolt on's. You have to remember im also 19 years of age so can't afford to be blowing turbos, etc.
Which is why i have no problem running a safe tune, that i can get on whenever i wan't with no worries

 

300whp is not going to blow your turbo...driving like a tool and compressor surge does.

 

Ive never heard of this Vlad guy so I doubt he tunes that many evos in the area but whatever. I'm just glad you are happy. That's all that counts when you spend money to get tuned.

 

haha, how many evo's do you know in the area? Im not trying to start an argument but all the evo owners i know personally (6) use him. As long with 20+ Subaru's i know running his tune. He knows his stuff and lets me look over everything as we go. I trust him and that's really all that matters.

Sacevo9mr. I've been at this a lot lot longer than you. This isn't an argument. This is getting so off topic it's not even funny but I've never heard of this guy even once. Does he work for a shop? Have a company name? I've been driving and modding Evo's for 6 years now and was born and raised in the area. I know enough people that own the cars you mentioned that are not tuned by this guy. Maybe he's awesome and just what this area needs. Who knows. Results speak for themselves. Maybe you should have my tuner check your rom for you. PM me or text me if you want to talk further about this. Back on topic.
