I'll probably be doing this next weekend, or the weekend after that. I just put in my order.

This is a nice swaybar, highly recommended with the perches Although I had one gripe. This thing is hitting the exhaust when I make a left turn. So the exhaust is hitting the sway bar or something else back there and makes an annoying sound. I might have to do a quick fix by putting rubber tubing on the swaybar or heat wrap on the exhaust. That might help a little...

If it hits, put the rubber tube or padding at that spot. I will solve it.

Kartboy's exhaust hangers for the Evo will also fix this problem. All of them in the Evo kit, except for one, will work on the Ralliart. Well worth the $40. Now that I think about it, I'm going to contact Kartboy and let them know which piece they need to swap out with another in order to make all of them work on the RA.

Anyone do this mod AND the strut bar or tie bar? which made the most difference? I know its hard to tell if one is done 'on top of' the others. I did the tie bar first (best $30 I ever spent!) and it made a world of difference! car felt so much better exiting turns. Then I did the strut bar. felt even more perfect. now seems like the car has no rear end =) I'm wondering how much of a difference this will have AFTER the 2 rear suspension upgrades I already have. Also going to finally lower it pretty soon. gotta dust my 6 month old springs off to install =)

Biggest difference is SWAY BAR,

then
REAR STRUT BAR

then TIEBAR.

I figured the sway bar would be the biggest difference, because it's actually part of the suspension. But I have a stock exhaust and have 2 questions.
1. Will the muffler be in the way of the install
2. Will the bar rub on the pipe (don't know if the rubbing happens to stock exhaust or aftermarket).

1. No (EDIT: I did have to disconnect one of the rubber hangers for the muffler in order to put the sway bar in. Then I re-connected the hanger. )

2. I have the stock exhaust still, and haven't heard any rubbing yet. If I do, I'll get the Kartboy hangers.

Can you install the sway bar without the perches?
Don't really know much about these upgrades.

Yes on an OZ, RA, or LS. Not on an ES.

I have a question if anyone knows. I installed the sway bar yesterday. One thing i'm wondering, should the bar end be pinched between the 2 bushings, or should there be some space for it to move? reTro left 1/8th inch of threads on the bolt end, I left a little more but there was still a fair bit of space between the bar end and 2 bushings, is it normal?

OK I just looked at the pic (obvious) there is no space on his, I guess I gotta go tighten mine

Should be tight enough to make the bushings fairly tight against everything without crushing them.

YEs. For endlinks, rubber should start crushing down but not too tight.
