How is the weather, specifically the temperature, at this event compared to the Shootout in August?
Also, I see Max Effort for $65, and autox for $35... what if you only want to drag race? Is it also $35?

The issue with ifo is the class most the evo guys would run in are against cars that are running 8.70s or faster and our cars just aren't that fast as a majority. I built mine for the turbo sport class and it should be competitive but the jump to pro is just too fast for the majority of us. There just isn't a serious following for ifo other than the sfwd, payouts are small and if attendance is less than 8 the payout for turbo sport gets cut to 150 for first. Turbo pro is 1200 for first if its a 16 car field.
Norwalk is a world class track and the staff never fails to run it well. Even nopi back in the day at Norwalk was a good show. I think that plays a big roll into why the shoot out and sport compact do well there.

Summit Motorsports Park is certainly a much better track than TX2K13 @ Hennessey's Lonestar Motorsports Park. I have not been to many but Summit is the nicest I have seen.
