That's exactly what I was saying. Ask a "Drifter" if the rally guys drift, he'll likely say "sort of" or "absolutely not" depending on which one you ask. Everyone in some form of racing (with the exception of drag racing-- even then sometimes) "drifts". If you look at the slip angle description, then most road racing cars are likely "drifting" roughly half the time if driven correctly. You ideally want what has always been described as a "Four wheel slide" which means all the tires have the same perfect slip angle-- lets say roughly 9-degrees for Yokohama Advan slicks. Getting all 4 tires (or both front and rear) to slip the same amount is near (and technically) impossible. If we're playing off semantics here, then the moment the rear tires go to 9.1-degrees and the front tires are at 9-degrees, you are technically drifting according to Thy Holy Wikipedia.

Go talk to a drifter about what the sport is, which should be what this thread is talking about. If the thread means oversteer when it says drifting, then its fairly useless and here's your answer:

And again, I can oversteer a shopping cart like nobody's business.

Im no expert on drifting but I can tell you I had my 03 OZ Rally Side ways, was fun as hell but I did tear the CV joint boot from doing it.
