I'm running e85 on stock VIII turbo... Stock hotside.. Just turbo back with hfc, injectors, Pump.... Also have a FP wastegate and metal evo bov. 384awhp, 370tq. Tuned and dyno'd at RRE. I ran it solid for about 14k miles before i was no longer near E85... now i go back and forth depending on how often i get to a pump.

I was pretty happy with my setup i made 376 and I think 350tq with the 9.8 on ams's dynojet. But i ran 11.8@118. Pretty impressive i think considering there was no porting stock o2 housing manifold. For mods i had AMS tbe, licp, uicp, smbk, exedy 4 puck, exedy 12 lb flywheel, hks 264 cams, walbro 255,880 injectors. removed front and rear crash beams and rear seat and spare tire and jack and the intercooler sprayer system. I ran this time in Norwalk ohio summit raceway. In wisconsin i pulled 12.0-11.9 consistantly.

E85 stock 8 turbo with 10.5 hotside. 400whp, 389 ft-lbs on a dynapack which is calibrated to read like a dynojet. Was done in Feb so was probably around 90 degrees outside, local elevation is about 1000 feet. The tune is for 30psi, but I had it dialed back to 27psi for track stuff. Tapers to 21psi by 7500rpm. Mods were injen UICP and intake, EPM o2 dump, works dp, megan resonator, magnaflow TI catback, ETC LICP, ebay intercooler, GSC S2 cams, Forge WGA, Hallman MBC, Evo 9 bov.

Quick question how many of you guys have not switched over to arp head studs?

I'm at 25 psi with no head studs. There is no need for upgraded head studs on a stock motor in my opinion.

IMHO e85 is one of the best "bang for your buck" mods you can do to an Evo. Just make sure it's a good tune.

I made 352/368 on a mustang dyno on E85 with some basic bolt ons:
tbe exhaust
o2 housing
ic piping w/ bov
intake w/ cone filter
mbc (31 psi)
950cc inj.
walboro 255
crappy act clutch
maybe a couple other little things I am forgetting, but nothing big
I am still on the stock ic, stock 8 turbo, completely stock motor (minus head studs), and NO PORT WORK ANYWHERE

** it was night and day after my E85 tune....
