2.4L Old School GT3582R - English Racing Tuned

After a year long build i finally got the chance to get a dyno tune from Aaron at English racing. and BOY was it a good tune!

Mods:

Garrett standard GT3582R Turbo
unknown tubular header
GSC S2 cams
GSC titanium springs and retainers
FIC1450's
Buschur Double Pumper with 255's
ETS 3.5" intercooler and 2.5" pipes
Omni 4 bar
Tial BOV
Tial WG (big blue and small blue springs)
Map H11 headstuds
Spoolin up COP
3" turbo back W/ high flow cat and 1 resonator (going to change that very soon)

The fisrt two pulls were on wastegate pressure. the second was at 32.5psi

659.28hp/528

needless to say i am very pleased with the results. especially for having a stock, un-ported head and intake manifold!

That is nice! I have almost the same setup but a larger turbo (6262) and a ported head/intake Manifold. On my setup the springs you have were about 27-28psi. How much is your wastegate boost? I was driving another buddies car and that spring setup was 35psi! Boy was that fast. His is a 2.3 HTA 82 car with BR 272 and rev3. I am hoping to hit about 750whp at 40 PSI. You make me sure I can do it.

I fly to tune as well. This was done as a trip to KC for the Street Car Take Over and then tuned 9 cars at Modified by KC.
