Front wheel wells

My tires are rubbing against them after a drop, is it safe to remove the wheel well lining?

Thanks

what are you lowered on? theres a few selections that rolling the fenders is pretty much a must for it to work w/o rubbing

Not a real good idea to take them out, there's a lot of important wiring that runs behind there. Getting the fenders rolled is definitely the best way to go if you want to go low.

Even with rolled fenders, wouldn't it still rub the wheel well?

yeah rolling the fenders won't solve that...your best bet is to pull the wheels off and find out where it's been rubbing

heat up the plastic and try to reform it a little so it doesn't rub or just cut out the small sections it is rubbing in

have you had an alignment done? better camber and toe specs might help with rubbing as well...same goes for your wheel selection (offset plays a big roll)

regardless I'd raise the car a little to avoid the headache of rubbing holes in your fender liners

^ I had a lowered mustang that rubbed. I removed the wheel and cut the sections that were rubbing. I did try a heat gun but was not able to form it correctly
