Im with you here. I have used the rear middle seatbelt in previous cars but tried in the Evo and it wouldn't reach.

underneath the driver seat just disconnect the plug for the seatbelt warning light/beeper...

But IMHO, I'd leave it in there for your own safety

well the light and beeper has nothing to do with my safety, it will not save me during a crash. i normally wear the belt but sometimes i dont feel like it and dont need to get annoyed by the beeping. you leave it in for safety, i remove it for my sanity. thanks a lot tho, simple as that eh??? a plug under the drivers seat?? ill have to check that out. thanks.

YES!!!! I GOT THE BEEPING TO STOP!!!!!

there is reasons why you cant wear your seatbelt all the time, mainly if you have a willing woman with you and your on a long drive it is just easier to enjoy "the ride" if you dont have a seatbelt on. LMAO

I have been looking for a way but i usually just wrap the seatbelt around the rear of my seat. But now this seems to make more sense! i thought that i was the only one for such a long TiME!

I leave it plugged in for everyday driving but yank it out for the track when the harness is doing its job.

the only problem with pulling that plug you get a SRS light... and gotta do to the dealer for it to be cleared. On a good note tho, it triggered my SRS light and under warranty I get a new seat.
