exedy twin disc hd clutch.

Hi guys. I have the exedy twin disc hd clutch on my evo 9. It's hard to shift. To put the gear in reverse is nightmare. Some of my friends who drives evos all hate the way my evo drives. Please let me know if there are some thing wrong to my car. Thank you.

^ Adjust like the guy said.
Could you tell me a bit more about your clutch? How old/many miles did it see? If rebuilt - what was replaced and when?

SP3 ATF for the acd and diaqueen for the transmission. They rec every 15k on the transmission fluid. And I have read there is no need to change the acd fluid as it's only used to move a small piston and does not really get hot or dirty.

I do. I only leave the motor mount on the drivers side on and let the engine/tranny sit at a tilt and remove the last few bell housing bolts. Makes it easier to slide the tranny out.

Hi guys. My car made 372 whp and 327 wtq on CBRD mustang dyno. Have bbk full. I am thinking to get hks 4.11 final drive. Is this good idea? And will it pulls slower?
