another question, is anything need to bolt the evo IX front end to the evo VIII and does you kit come with it, or does it bolt up using the existing rivets, screws, ect.?

U can use existing bolts (no rivets)

The oem will be much more since made by mitsubishi dealer, they charge more, I think the fitment should be perfect, except the middle-top-grills customer need to reinforce it somehow, otherwise it will sag-down

$420.00 on the carbon fiber lip (all of them) This price INCLUDING shipping anywhere in US.
Even thoug...carbon fiber material is hard to get, and price went up 40%, we still sell it at $420.00 shipped.
