headlights

painted the headlights over the weekend, they turned out great but i painted the housing like a dumbass and now my highbeams are worthless!!! ill just adjust the hids up a little. but ill try and post pics in a sec.

Ill have to change them to jpeg cause they wont load up as a tiff

He means that the highbeams use the reflectiveness of the chrome housing, so they're not as effective when you paint the housing. You can still use them, though.

I have the same issue because I painted my housing. The highbeams just kinda spread out the light from the headlights, they don't really light things up that much better if you paint the housing. Oh well...

I understand now, thanks! It was matter to me though because I never use the highbeams.

yeah i will try to get the pic with them installed on the car, the crome painted bezel in now black so there is almost no reflectivity now i dont mind just kinda anyoying when on some curvey back road and brights would help out. barewith me on the pics im at work but ill try to get them at lunch, i have some just tiff and cant find one to host them or have a program to resize them. but ill get them on
