Just as an update, I spoke to one of the other owners of the kit and these kits seem to only fit ridiculous specs (owner of the white evo with the kit said his specs were 17x12.5 with -12 in the front and -45 in the rear). The guy doesnt run fender liners which is a must in PA. The splitters they seem to run are Greddy that are forced on. It seems to be mold friendly but with the tire specs and the required amount of cutting this does not seem like right choice for me.

I will probably going with the APR evil R kit down the line simply because it follows very similar lines to the body and would work better for my car specifically (rust repair is required at the edge of fenders by the rear wheels, so Im worried about what rolling would do).

On the bright side, with rust on the rear quarter panels cutting them is no big deal.

*edit. Autocorrect hates me.

Yea thats kind of my feeling too, I would have preferred to get a car without rust on the quarters but ive been lucky and thats about the most rust i have on the car

Could definitely be worse. No biggie and a perfect candidate to go wider. Win!

I think the kit looks killer. By then I've always loved riveted on looking kits.

Most definitely true, just a problem because the rust is right by the the door and relatively minor but still enough to make me worried about having to repair it then have it rolled.

Yea haha, just looking for something different than varis. I want to go with a kit since im really nervous about what would happen with rust but if I could find someone that could fix it in a way that would make it essentially new I would but I have not had any luck finding that

I always wondered what it would be like to convert an Evo into looking like a regular Lancer, but what if you converted an Evo into looking like a regular Lancer that was wearing an Evo kit as imagined by a ****ing idiot

That right there would be the ultimate sleeper

That would most likely look like an abomination of a beautiful car. I definitely see where you are coming from though.
