Confirming the media

I have a 14 Evo x with Rockford fosgate package and I was just wondering why it says comfirming the media when the iPod is hooked up. It said this during my whole 15 minute ride to work today and on the way home it was still saying confirming the media.

It's all about the pc load letter

On a serious note, hopefully someone will chime in.

From my daily experience, every loading issue has to do with how much media the device is trying to load. My 14 will not load my ipod 80gb, but it will load my SD with around 7 gb. If you have too many files it pretty much gives up, which is extremely annoying.

Try having less files/overall size and see what happens.
