Ummm...you guys keep forgetting about the airbags in the A-pillar; something the JDM cars might not have.

it doesnt matter about the air bags in the a pillar, take a look at the other threads about it

if you leave enough play in the wireing I dont see why gauges in the a pillar would effect the airbag.

+1 on the wrong side, you cant just turn it around unless the holes for the gauge are not pre drilled.

looks almost like a universal application because it does not fit perfect from the picture

I like the idea, but not that desing. I'd like a whole entire replacement pillar.

i made a post about this,the 03+ mazda 3 pillar pod works on the evo x pillar, you have to do alittle trimming.i even posted pics
