somehow I always end up with extra bolts any time I remove the bumper lol

Thanks a lot for this. I'm installing the black Perrin fmic in my car. I'm going to skip the stencil since I think the blacked-out look will work well with the RR.

hey i wanted to get this, but my friend has the cobb intercooler piping kit installed, and when he tried to install this intercooler the pipes didn't line up because the intercooler inlet is tilted. i just got the cobb intercooler piping so im hesitant on whether or not i should get it

can you post a pic with the new intercooler with the front bumper back on so we can see what it looks like behind the bumper??

This one is going to be slightly larger than the one shown in the tutorial.

It's the Buschur FMIC.

And, OP, thanks for the instructions. Made it dead simple!

Did the stock one come up beside the license plate, like this one does now? I really didn't notice beforehand, haha.

thanks a lot for the write up. very simple to follow. took off my bumper to paint that silver tube that shows through the grill and to install my evo rs fog light delete. all thanks to you man!

Apologies for having the plate in the way in this photo, but I refuse to drill my bumper (I just cut the zip ties on track days).

The only problem I had with the install was my UR LICP -- the bolt location for the stock LICP was angled such that it was at risk of puncturing the hose for the new one. I had to bend the bracket toward the front of the car 1/2" or so.
