Brake pad suggestion for MR?

I think it's time to change my brake pads soon. just wondering if there are any suggestions for brake pads? I do mainly daily driving on freeway and canyon carving. Can I get away with not re-surfacing or getting new 2-piece rotors? I want pads that do not have much dust.

I like my Stoptech Street Pads. There smooth, quiet, and low dust. However, they don't have the initial bite that some of the other pads have but for driving on public roads they get the job done. Unless you have been realy pounding the brakes, you probably can leave the rotors as is for now.
