Sure. You can buy any other part from the Evo at your local dealer's parts dept. Why not the front lip?

I dunno, as it was part of the "SE" package, perhaps they wouldnt offer it to the rest of us

Not sure what color they would come in.. . from my past experiences, the color coded lips are usually available in mitsu japan.

mitsubishiparts.com has a "front air dam extension", but im not sure if thats the standard one or the SE one, and it doesn't list a color choice

The colors come in the colors of the SE EVOs. I have my lip coming in tomorrow. Cost me about $260.00 from my dealer. I have the part number around here somewhere, I will post it up later.

Do you have to take the original lip off the Evo 9 bumper to make it fit? Find a part number yet?

Yeah, you obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Yes you do take the original lip off and replace it with the SE Lip. It's just like an APR or Ralliart style lip. It isn't some kind of double sided tape extension...
