If you have an Evo X then you already know they are prone to alot of brake dust with the big brakes the Evo X has.. We have the solution with Girodisc Magic Pads.. These are a better than stock replacement at 1/2 the cost.. THey are quiet, have good bite and emit barely any brake dust.. We also have a good rotor solution from Girodisc as well.. Girodisc "Magic Pads" are the solution to your squeaky, dusty, expensive factory pads. They have less dust than typical factory pads and much less than typical performance pads. You won't be cleaning your wheels nearly as often. Additionally, they have great initial bite, something most less expensive pads are lacking. It is comprised of our blank, un-plated Girodisc rotors which come from the same castings we use for our premium slotted rotors so you know they are of the highest quality.

Girodisc recommends slotted rotors for all high performance applications. The edges of the slots continuously clean and refresh the pad surface. This will allow the pads to have a maximized friction surface always available. Additionally, they prevent containments from collecting between the pad and disc interface. The disc is lightened, decreasing its rotational inertia. Slots also prevent the formation of a water film on the disc in wet weather, maintaining the best brake response. Drilled rotors are available for most applications but require a short lead time to facilitate. Drilled rotors are NOT recommended for track use, only average street duty.
All our one piece rotor offerings are either zinc plated or e-coated to prevent corrosion in the areas not continuously swept by the pads.
