Had an issue w/ UPS scheduling...sent me over a PM to let me know he needed it redirected because he wouldnt be home at the delivery time for the following day. Called UPS and it wasnt going to work out in time so I phoned him so we could work out a situation. After putting him and UPS guy on hold 3 or 4 times it finally got hashed out. Great understanding and patience with the whole ordeal.
