Took a while to ship down pipe. Raised the shipping and didnt say it was dented

So yeah. I asked for a quote, We agreed on a price. I PP'ed. He didnt ship the next day and said he'd need more money because of shipping AFTER we agreed on a price and I had paid. I paid more. Gave me an lame story of the extra money was for the box it had to go in. Well, when I go to pick it up the damn thing WASNT in a box. Not to mention the down pipe was all dented up. I guess he didnt bother to mention that. Not a good experience. Wouldn't buy from again.
