Essentially, I paid for the used Perrin Intake system and never received. Luckily, I went through Paypal, paid the fees, and since he did not respond to them I was able to win a claim against him (Andre Sarwan) and received my money back after about a month and a half after the transaction begun...PITA!
So, don't trust the bastard.
