What sub to buy?

I have a jl E1400d amp and I would like to get a JL10w6v2 but it is too expensive for the time being. I would like to get a nice dual 4 ohm sub with an RMS rating around 4-500. The most important thing for me is SQ..I was also looking at the infiniti VQ 10 inch. What is a good 10 inch sub for this amp that is cheaper then the JL?

Around 200 would be good, otherwise I'd get a 10w6 because it seems to be perfectly matched for this amp.

Circuit City has had Infinity DVC's on sell 2 for 1 for the last couple of weeks. Cruthchfield has the SVC versions 2 for 1. December 4th I spent exactly $191.70 with tax locally at CC for two 1242W's and a MTX BS212S box ($59.99).

These 12's are so efficient, even free-air their rated at 93db. In the sealed enclosure I would bet their up around 101db are better. I'm driving them with the factory S&S amp with little effort. With the bass flat and no enhancements like "BBE", I haven't turned the HU past 20. Just wire the DVC's in series individually, and in parallel together.

Spend the money and get a 10 W7, it deffenently the best and worth the money, I know its expensive. I've had mine for almost 2 yrs and it still bumps so hard. Everyone is always amazed that it is only 1 10" sub.

The W& will not be very efficient with the amp I have, the W6 would probably be louder with this amp.

i <3 diamond audio...the d3, d6's, or TDX models...d3's u can get for around 200/pair and there amps are one of the best. all i got to say is "TRUE POWER""TRUE POWER""TRUE POWER"
i say this because most amps say 1200watts or whatever it is. but when bridged or wired how its supposed to be u will never get that wattage. while diamond when it says 1200 and u bridge or wire it right u get the full 1200watts. GOD BLESS DIAMOND AUDIO!!!

Dont settle for anything less, you'll have regrets if you dont go with the w6v2.

So I say wait.
