Another Lunchtime Parking Lot Install

i think the actual words were "holy ****" when i pulled out that godforsaken plastic box and "t-shirt for a filter", and replaced with the RRM intake. someone actually came up to me and said "You're one of those guys, aren't you?" any thoughts what they meant? LOL

i know this didn't belong in show & shine....but if i get a pic of the engine bay with the RRM strut bar and intake, can it stay, pretty please? LOL

one for RRM.

I get that all the time @ work. He probably meant, you're one of those guys who LOVE working on your car. All I really think about is my car.

lol these past few posts are funny, yet strangly, very, very true. for example, i can truthfully say i care more about my car than anything else, and its true, not many people understand it.

wanna hear my lunch time parking lot story ( no its not gross. ) I was walking to my car ( out of target, where i work ) with my popcorn and drink, i figured i would sit out there instead of inside ya know... better than closer to the people i hate. as im getting into the car, the front of my pants rip. I mean from the zipper to 1/2 way down the leg... I sit there all confused like. Hmm... only have 15 minutes and im on the clock... can't go back in like this... So i sat there and ate my pop corn, then drove home changed pants, came back and ate more popcorn. Let me tell you. It was a very odd moment... sitting there eating popcorn and being able to see my boxers thru the big rip in my pants.

You work at Target... I would have walked my happy butt right back in there and bought a pair of pants on the spot. If anyone said anything you could have just said that you were attacked by crazy people looking for a fight.

Just to keep this on topic though: I once changed my oil on lunch break. But that was in my Jeep and I had the oil pan right there in the back seat and I could crawl under the car without a problem.
