If you've paid attention, now is the time to reverse all the removal and unscrewing, and get your dash back to normal. For the climate controls, if you've done everything correctly, the light guide should look like this:

Assuming you have no extra clips, screws, or assorted parts left over, you've put everything back the way it was. Now sit back and marvel at your work.

All in all, I would set aside a good two hours. Make sure you have all the bulbs ready to go, because it will be painful if you have to take your dash apart multiple times like me.

All my bulbs were purchased at:
http://*************************

Climate control, ashtray, cigarette lighter bulbs (#74):
http://********************/74.htm
2 for climate control
1 for ashtray
1 for cigarette lighter

Gauge cluster and auto shifter (#194):
http://********************/194.htm
2 for gauge cluster
1 for auto shifter

Do NOT use LED's, light dispersal on LED's is horrid. Only buy normal incandescent filament bulbs with the coloured glass.

Good luck.

Coloured film used for clock mod is called "theatrical gel", and is used to colour spotlights in film and theater. Can be purchased at A/V equipment stores.

I have a big sheet of leftovers, $3 via Paypal covers my cost of material and postage, you get enough gel for 2 layers of coverage.

I currently only have red, will post if I come across more colours. I've seen blue, and yellow also.

I work in theatrical equipment sales, and there are tons of different gel colors you can get. By tons i mean at least 900 different shades. you can get free swatchbooks from each of the manufacturers. The size of the color swatch should be enough to do the clock. Check out the MFGRs and request free swatchbooks @ www.rosco.com, www.leefilters.com and www.gamproducts.com

Yeah, that bulb is tiny! I'm going to go to the dealership and see if they have any specs on it. Also, taking apart the left door panel (with the window controls), the light under the driver window control seems to just be a normal LED, which can probably be unsoldered and replaced with any other colour LED.
