Mitsubishi's greatest run in America

Loebs run at Pikes Peak with that super engineered machine is fantastic but a real spine gripping run was at Mt Washington years earlier with driver Jeff Denmeade in a Evo 5 RS Ralliart Australia factory race car. This is REAL racing beyond our abilities. Mt Washington has announced that next year they will allow the hill climb to return to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Jeff has hinted he may return to the USA and hopefully campaign an Evo again. I hope a sponsor will get on board to let us see a similar attempt at the 2014 The Mt Washington Hill climb. Please watch this video and let Mitsubishi know we want to see Jeff race into the clouds once again.

I'm definitely going to check out the hill climb next year. I went to the New England forest rally for the 1st time this year and it was a great experience. I can't wait and hopefully there will be some Evo's competing there as well as some fellow evo m members.

Contrary to the narrator the car's roll cage was delivered from Ralliart. Leda suspension and Compomotive sponsored the car but Leda was not anywhere comparable with a Proflex suspension. I crewed for Jeff and worked on the car. I could tell many great stories about that Evo!

I watched that video a bunch before the race in 2011. It would be great to see him return in something that could win.

if they will accept me again, i will running it there is no question about that. I had a blast in 2011, and honestly i think one of the most spectacular scenery and race i have been in the USA hands down. Nothing even come close.
Also it is very easy on the spectators. Great organization , great people it was just amazing the whole week.

that was an extra cream on the pie , we actually won the rally class over some RA drivers and so on so forth + finished the 12th place between those cars. (specially if i think back the condition at that time of my car )

That would be amazing to see many evos this time , specially because Subaru America organize it ... LOL

Hopefully a few of the rules change for this event. Especially the H class rules that required you to have run a NE hillclimb event to enter it. (that was half the field) I tried to enter it last year with a bit of pleading and it was a no go. ( I would have won that class)

Oh and let us run without restrictors. Did they have to run them back when this was filmed?
