The car was originally in California then moved to south Florida - I don't think it ever saw snow ) it was driven every winter , but we have 90f in winter ))

Several people asked for scanned title from both side - I sent a picture with my personal information sowing all other information , but they all insist on full scans . After refusing- the disappeared.

I made a research , and nowadays we have lots of fraud going around electronic communication - so they advice not to disclose full titles

I was very clear, USAA wanted a copy and I wanted to see it because it has an issued date of just last month, which also corresponds to the day after you ran the Carfax. Since you provided me the business name that you said the title is, why not validate that with the picture so the seller can verify who they will be dealing with? Also, if it is in a business's name, and an out of state buyer wanted to handle the title work, how would they know who had title authority to sign the title over?

So yes, I did want to see the full title.
