Considering selling my 2014 Mitsubishi Evo x GSR (last year with the recaros!). I am the first and only owner of this car, I purchased it brand new in April of 2014. I have absolutely babied this car, always garaged, all maintenance done on time, tasteful mods (not heavily modded, but modded how it should have been from the factory). This car has been fantastic. One of the few cars that I have had that I have liked more and more the longer I have owned it. I am considering selling simply to reallocate money to a few other parts of my life. This car is in perfect condition in every way. Even smells new still.

Tune by TJ Van Cott @ WTF tuning (tuned at 8,540 miles). 321WHP/311TQ - dyno sheet available.
Oil changed on time, always with mobil1 full synthetic 5w-30 with purolator or mobil1 filter. Lives its life in a garage. Driven plenty, but not daily driven.
I also changed the transmission fluid to the "redline cocktail" that you read about on the evo forums. this one done at 1,980 miles. It really helps the gearbox feel even better!
I have all upgrades and maintenance, and fuel data in spreadsheets (I am a data nerd), if you want any of that data.
This price also included ALL stock parts that have very very little miles on them (you can see when they were removed in the previous information). Also includes the stock wheels that have the OEM advans on them.
I will also change the oil and filter right before I hand it off to the new owner so they won't have any maintenance to worry about immediately. I will also have the car fully detailed.
